2) Log out of your member's area and log back in. This is especially helpful for those who already have programs with us and recently added a new one.

Scroll to the bottom of the home page on any of the 3 websites and click on "Member Login" to access the login page:

If you try entering your login credentials and the page only refreshes, it's possible your content is held on one of the other websites.
